We aim exclusively at adults with our website and the personal data we collect.

3. What personal data we collect

We collect and temporarily store personal data in two cases.

3.1 Contact Email:

When you send us an email we will store your provided personal information in order to process your inquiry according to Art 6 1 (a) of the GDPR. We will store it as long it is necessary for dealing with your inquiry.

3.2. Job Application:

When you apply for a job at brainbot technologies AG we will store and share your personal data on internal servers and on GitHub in line with Art. 6 1 (a) of the GDPR - your consent. We store the following categories of data:

Personal data contained in your CV
Links to Social Media Profiles (GitHub, Facebook) if shared with us

We will store this data for 26 weeks and erase it afterwards.

The GitHub accounts are secured by 2FA authentication and can only be accessed by our HR employees. For more information, see GitHub’s privacy policy.

In case you apply via angel.co, Venture Hacks, Inc. (doing business as AngelList) will control your data according to Venture Hacks Inc.’s privacy policy.

Of course, you can decide not to share your personal data with us, in that case the contact email or job application can not be processed further.

4. Use of third party services

4.1 Embedded YouTube videos

Our website embeds YouTube videos in its advanced privacy functionality so that no data is transmitted to YouTube as long as you do not watch the video. Only when you watch the video will data be transmitted to YouTube. We have no influence on this data transmission.

4.2 readthedocs.org
